AI Adoption is growing with every passing day and if you are still sitting on the sidelines thinking AI will not impact your life anytime soon, you may be living in an illusion.
I remember back in 2014 when e-commerce was just picking up in India, many people felt the same way and became a victim of being late adopters.
Upskilling and using AI to better your productivity and quality of delivery will be critical and I will continue to push you to start doing that today if not already.
Since last year, I have been following AI very closely.
A lot of smart marketers are already using AI to become better professionals and the ones who continue to explore the capabilities of AI in standalone and integrated processes of their organisations will continue to rise.
In order to become a better professional using AI, you are required to know the top tools in the market and what can these tools achieve for you.
That is exactly what I am covering in today’s newsletter.
Know these AI tools, study them, use them and observe the changes in the pace and quality of your work.
Note, none of these tools are sponsored. And I have used these tools first-hand to give you a realistic view of them.
Quicklines.ai
If you send out cold emails to your prospects, this is potentially one of the most useful tools you will use.
The tool writes personalised opening lines for your cold emails, increasing your chances of getting a response back.
This is how it works:
a) You make a list of prospects in Google sheet along with their LinkedIn links
b) Upload the CSV to Quicklines.ai
c) Quicklines will read through the LinkedIn profiles of users and will give you an easily downloadable CSV file against each prospect with a personalised opening line.
For ex., If your prospect has mentioned that they recently got promoted, Quicklines.ai will start the email congratulating them. And you can do this for all your prospects in one go.
Quicklines.ai
SEO.ai
It is one of the best tools available in the market to write long-form SEO content.
You can choose the keywords, semantic keywords, intent you want your SEO content to have, the target audience you want your content to reach, tone of voice and the type of content (blog post, one liner etc.)
However as I have always mentioned, for SEO, you may still have to alter your content a bit for more personalisation and brand narrative.
Use this tool to ideate and create the base content, mix it with your brand, product positioning, following the narrative you want to carry and then use it on your website for SEO.
SEO.ai
Midjourney.com

Once you create an account on fireflies, its smart ai is part of your Google meeting with you and records the entire meeting in text format.
Once your Google Meet gets over, it sends you an MoM directly to your inbox.
It doesn’t stop here, if there is a need to fix up a follow-up meeting, it will block the same in your calendar.

Qatalog.com
This is one of the most innovative AI tools that I have seen. Solves the real problem for corporates and startups.
It is like Google but for your company.
Qatalog is basically a knowledge intelligence tool which gathers all your enterprise knowledge, understands it and shares responses in the form of real-time and accurate results.
For example, you can ask the tool to find out all your Annual reports for the last 10 years and it will fetch all the annual reports from different sources like Microsoft Outlook, google sheet, dropbox etc.
The tool is powered by action query which keeps all your enterprise data safe without the need of indexing them.

Very few advanced enterprises are using generative AI to use models like GPT and their own enterprise data to create unique business-specific models.
The ones which are, use tools like scale.com.
Imagine something like this:
The knowledge of GPT (yes, the same GPT model that powers ChatGPT) + The knowledge of your own internal customer behaviour, browsing and purchase data combined together to make a chatbot or any other output model.
Here GPT or any other model is provided by Scale.com and they also provide the option of using enterprise data to form a Powershell output response tool.

Gives a host of options to creators like removing unnecessary aas and umms in voice, clearing the audio, cancelling the background noise with the help of smart AI, generating quick captions, recording from the camera and screen recording at the same time, and transcription all of this is done under one tool- Descript.'

Sheetai.app
If you spend much time of your day on Google Sheets to collate the data, segregate it and use it on day to day basis then this tool could be useful for you.
It is like using the power of GPT on Google Sheets directly.
For example, if you run an e-commerce fashion store and you have the product name, colour, and fabric details under 3 different cells & now you want to write a product description using the information in these different 3 cells, then you can do that with sheetai.app to do this.
Sheetai.app can be used to get responses straight from GPT models into your Google sheet.
